Return Policy

Your fengshuiflutes.com wholesale items are packed for shipping with the utmost care, and are insured by our carrier. However, if an item should arrive damaged in shipping, we will replace it for you. In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt by either telephone or e-mail. We will assign you a return ID and replace the item.

Please note with regards to flutes:Due to the sensitivity of bamboo to the elements and handling, we cannot guarantee your flute once it is in your possession. All of our bamboo is cured for a minimum of 6 months and generously oil treated to minimize its vulnerability to developing hairline cracks. There are several things you can do to insure your flute's longevity:

1. Keep your flute out of direct sunlight
2. Oil your flute regularly with a food grade oil, such as walnut or sesame.
3. Binding your flute will virtually guarantee that it will never crack.
